I did a little DD......my own way (you know....having my gal talk to the spanish speaking cleaning people and other maintenance personnel.......as well as the magic 8 ball).
Remember............just in my honest opinion based on the facts at hand at this time...........but I stick with my stated schedule, my estimate for the cost of the C-checks (plural....and under 1 million), the fact that Baltia is fully funded and being forced to toe-the-line by some big investors, and the tea leaves in my coffee cup and the chicken bones in the garbage from last nights dinner.
In other words.............all in my honest opinion and based on the latest information at hand (a LOT has changed over the last few weeks).
