The Schedule as I see it (aka:  In My Opinion):

Training finished end of February/first week of March, with PR released around March 7.

N706BL enters remainder of C-check (C 1 through C 4) beginning of April and is completed by May 1.

Ticket sales and advertising begin in early April, with certificate being received late April/early May.

Russian approval and subsequent Inaugural Flight occur sometime in June.

At this time, BLTA under 2 cents is a STEAL, and a HUGE BARGAIN at anything under 5 cents.
