Dear Mr. Christopher Chadwick Roberts of Havertown, Pennsylvania, it appears that we are neighbors after all.  On behalf of myself, Robert Ringold, and MIHL - I ask for the last time that you refrain from baseless accusations, insults, and innuendos.  I ask that you act in an adult manner without libelous statements and actions intended to hurt the company and our reputations.  As you are aware this is against Pennsylvania law.  Should you continue in this manner I will have no choice but to refer this matter to legal counsel (and she is licensed in PA) for further action and possible litigation.

Please be guided accordingly.
