FYI

Once a company is placed on the DTC chill list several on-line brokers will let you sell the security but not buy it, making it harder to trade.  Zecco is the worst, some say they charge an outrageous fee to trade.  I beleive Scotttrade will let you trade and Fidelity but, I know TDAmeritrade will let you sell but not buy as long as it is on the list.
