Max is looking at a 7 figure judgement for that claim that the judge didn't buy. Now here comes fool #2 making the claim....

Tell us why Mr. Maxcey has shown the title to the rig on this board and no one with or associated with Treaty has ever shown they have a title. If they or anyone else can't it shows they do not own the rig and are lying.
