Good point.........................bad results for current skto shareholder if such should happen, but again....................................another way of looking at it on the negative side......................and yet a good point.

We would still have to take a closer look into AVNE to see just how clean they supposedly are.........I mean currently are they hurting for cash, what unforeseen notes, toxic financing are any hidden skeleton do they have...................................Clean until further examination.....................?
