This would save SK tremendous costs and guarantee a voluminous supply of cannabis/hemp oil -- the critical  material -- for a continent-wide market of cannabis supplements. Not to mention the bio-fuel and food production angles worked on by D. Gold years ago. In addition, and crucially, a merger would break SKTO free from whatever is holding up the MG merger, cusip, name change etc. announced in June 2013. Vertical integration is a concept which didn't dizzy the titans of industry who have gone before.
