Not convinced yet, they have 53.5 million shares and talking a forward split of 9:1 = 481.5 million shares, skto has how many shares? Skto shares would have to be included and they are on the hook for a forward split of 3:1.  How's Jeff Benz's hire date play into this?AVNE is at .47 now forward split would be .0522 per share post split. Not sure if this would be doable. Would this not have to been released on some sort of filing before it could actually happen this way? Just asking?
