The Tanke PR today did express support of EWSI, its technology, and its leadership.  However, the headline is already known information.  Known information is usually met with a muted response from the markets.  Yes, it's great news.  It was great when they first announced it Jan 23rd.  And, it's still great now.

Keep in mind that Tanke is conducting a promo, so they need to put out some headlines to support the promo.  This is not a fluff PR!  It is great information and shows continuing growth between these two companies in China and Asia in general.  They tossed several kudos to EWSI as a company.  It's all true.

Here are some particulars on the Tanke promotional that is on going.  Do you think that about 33.5K dollars spent on promos to get more than 50M dollars in market cap is worth it?  The promo started when Tnke stock was at 20ish.  It now stands at 45ish with significantly more volume.  An awareness campaign that worked?  I think so.
