Naked shorting goes beyond soft OTC targets. Fish rots from head (see map) down. Corruption, shake downs and picking of winners and losers in plain view based on doctrinaire whims -- rewarding their cronies and achieving twisted agenda by destroying targeted companies, sectors, industries and, yes, even national economies. Hundreds of billions maybe trillions to reap in their mentally deranged winnowing process.
