CDFT's management gave notice to Janice Shell to remove a website and subsequent posting on a website that contains misinformation and defamatory statements about the Company's operations and management.

Shell refused to remove the posting and / or the website containing untrue and outrageous comments. The Company, therefore, has no choice but to file this legal suit.
