i should make this clear .. JBII shares are held in 2 accts
one is fido (cost basis avg for 4 years+ is sub 30c)
the other is a SDA 401k acct (speaking of CONs)
whose policy is such that no stock may be bought
whose PPS falls below 1.00 .. i have significant
funds *patiently* waiting to buy JBII when PPS is
back above 1.00

caveats met >> i will be a buyer of JBII shares till 5.00

there is a reason for that number (5.00)

evolving out of the toxic OTC cesspool with JBII's SS (share structure)
is something most would envy .. 4 years of bogus bs will be *partially*
paid in (most likely) mere days >> already *called* the response the
trolls' will trot out when that comes to pass ..

for those who enjoy puzzles >> pay attn to the calendar and what is due >> when

yesterday's 8k .. may very well be the beginning of a sequence of material events
filed by mgmt ..

culmination imo will be uplisting
