All depends on the violation and how long it takes the company to correct the violation.  I own shares of another company that has been chilled for over 5 months.  I'd be willing to bet Firelane and his buddies had something to with the chill.  IMO, this is part of their strategy.  They will do anything they can to stop the company from trading so they don't have to cover their short position. 

I do not own shares of EVDR but I do own shares of VCTY.  Hoping to see it resurrected.  Some bashers will tell you companies never make it off the chill list. Some do some don't.  Every case is different depending on the circumstances.
