Does your L2 include OTCs and pinks? I have free L2 through Fidelity Active Trader Pro (provided after so many trades per year) which is nice, but the L2 does not include OTCs and pinks, which is disappointing. I asked them to look into fixing that, but would love to find L2 availability which is reasonably priced.
