I think that depends on each individual restricted share holder. Do they need the money? I sure don't know. I ask myself if I don't need the money and I can get 10-50-100 times more for my shares in 2-4-6 years...

Well you probably get my point. If I did sell it would be a minimal amount to keep me above water. I otherwise would leave a potential fortune on the table.
