I called my broker and referenced the 09/06/2012 PR.
Fidelity have a reorg department and they will contact me with the voting control number. I am a paper ballot vote just like you.
The company that performed the mailing is Broadridge.
In any event I wrote to Matt to let him know I have that problem too.
