if you look at L*BG that was suppose to get a RS of 1/50k iit seems it got denied, YES good Job FINRA, i guess some may have forwarded the DD or complained to FInra or SEC because of the companies obvious scam tactics.

besides all the facts that the CEO was ranting and blaming the SEC and FInra, he also filled in an 8k that he was gonna get funding of 10 million from an ENTITY that did'nt even exist at all in any SOS database, now he's in HAwaii with a PoBoX address... .LOL

$TYTN with a small 1/150 RS getting denied...hmmm i don't think so, only thing that could give problems or delays is the Transfer Agency or previous management... IMO
