The key to the puzzle may be to look at what AVNE brings to the table for SKTO and PJ. AVNE grew algae and used its technology to extract oil from it, oil that is a bio-fuel. AVNE could use its technology to extract oil from cannabis too on a very big scale for a very big market that SKTO/BB and PJ serves that can only grow larger . Isn't it the cannabis oil that, medically,  is the new "black gold"?
