SKTO is the mother ship. This is a central tenet of any of the possibilities. There are a number of scenarios, and I think you have sniffed out some interesting ones. Aventura suggests they may do some vertical integration whereas the family relationships so far have been lateral. Whatever the case, as with PJ, they will build it around SKTO.
