One way to interpret the two headlines is that iequity renamed its MedScience Labs to Aventura Laboratories. MedScience Labs seemed to do nothing except exist as a placeholder webpage and the name of a nonpublic CA entity. Then, Aventura Equities (Pink: AVNE) bought 100% of Aventura Laboratories, and iequity bought controlling interest (50%+) of AVNE. Exactly what Aventura Labs will eventually be doing isn't clear yet. LG's conjecture is interesting because SKTO needs a company to handle the raw material.
