Yes, but rest assured - no one is stupid enough to sell BLTA at or below a penny anymore..........
............that bid will sit there untouched, and the shares requested will add absolutely nothing to the volume......
My intent is merely to prevent anyone from trying to send Baltia sub-penny.........as plain and simple as that, nothing more (but if someone is that stupid, well I certainly won't pass it up!).
