I like that they have enough confidence to reinvest back into the company for exponential growth.  It shows they are confident in their plan and know they will achieve more with the investment rather than holding on to cash.  Management probably realizes that growing fast is the only way to survive.  Right now, there is more e-waste available and growing every year than there are enough facilities to process.  It's only a matter of time before competition will become an issue unless they grow faster than other companies can even begin.  Once it's seen more widely that e-waste recycling is lucrative, EWSI should already be set up and well entrenched in the industry globally.
