Was that ruling in favor of Mina Mar Group this past Jan 22? It has named Matt Brown as one of the defendants. He is no longer an owner of IHub. He's been out for a while. However he still lurks in the background I'm sure. It also names Janice Shell. She was a prolific basher/poster on SKTO in it's early days but has mysteriously disaapeared since last summer. She is closely knitted with Matt Brown.
