there is no comparison between a fully filing OTC co. and a selectively reporting OTC co.
both were legit OTC co.s
both were preyed upon via that vehicle of choice for OTC stock manipulation
what i'm grateful for >> is rather than whine .. i put my money into learning >> who and how
it's been an investment worth its weight in liquid gold
