NITE is stuck short BCAP for sure. They shorted one of Matt's company's years ago
and could not cover their illegal position. They desperately called Matt to buy shares from him and he poceeded to tell NITE to fuc* off, buy in the open tmarket and hung up on them. Matt believes NITE is at it again, this time with CSTI helping them wash trade through ex clearing. The uplist to otcbb solves this shorting problem with the addition of the new short rules and access to the REG SHO list that lists all companies with significant failure to delivers.

Perhaps matt some day will give all shareholders an equity dividend into the subsidiary and that would force a massive short squeeze. In reality it makes no difference to me because the float is just about locked and with the longs holding tight their shares we will get to pennies per share with fundamentals bringing in every savvy investor around including bigger money from being an otcbb company.
