Phil, i am going to sit back and relax for the job to get done one step at a time. I think you have said it very strongly in this post that BCAP will succeed and we will all be smiling from one ear to the other.

Time will tell how much will be accomplished and how high BCAP will fly to. As for the bashers, i think many of us have decided long ago to shut them out. They of full of repeated nonsense.
