Mr. Kevin Norris CEO of the Company, stated during an interview with The Stock Radio, "The impact on 1st NRG is tremendous." We currently hold an approximate 3% working interest in existing wells and will initially own 100% of the offset development wells.
Interview Highlights:
- Powder River Basin of Wyoming - they expect 6.9 bcf of gas from the 8 wells in which they have 100% initial working interest (1st of the 8 wells have already been drilled since the interview)
- their production costs are very low
- geological risk is minimum
-the natural gas prices are up (do the math)
- their current revenues are from the 42 WY wells where they have 3% working interest
- SE Ohio - Utica Shale play plans for 2014 (HUGE POTENTIAL). Their joint venture partner is a “large independent privately own company.”
