This is one of the most significant gateway events to happen to $BCAP in 2012. The other will be the completion of the audit.
I have spoken with Matt several times. The PR on the draft audit is real. The release of information to the auditor will happen next week, or worst case within 2 weeks (Jewish holidays may slow some things down -- as happened with the virgin shell acquisition).
There is nothing anyone can do to stop the audit happening and then the up-list.
