I would keep tabs on otcmarkets and sec.gov
The new publicly traded company will soon file its S-1 and become sec reporting prior to acquiring these private businesses. It's all coming in weeks, not months. From here on forward there will be many filings and PRs now that the business plan is kicking into full gear now. There should soon be good news coming on the existing investments BCAP made into aged debt as well. Each quarter moving forward we will see increasing revenues, increasing assets, decreasing liabilities and most certainly an increasing PPS. That is all that matters to me folks.
