BCAP bought a subsidiary that trades publicly and that subsidiary is merging in private businesses, TA(s) and brokerage(s). What that means is that BCAP is the majority owner of the subsidiary and wil soon have all the pieces of the business plan it needs to become everything it was planned out to be from its original business plan.
