i actually called tuesday and Sean answered the phone. asked why in the newsletters that they have had numerous inquires about leases and whatnot but no one asked about share price or at least your not putting it in the newsletter they asked. he told me that there were several things going on and they haven't been finalized and in the past they have reported deals that didn't pan out, so before any info was to be made public it was going to be a done deal pretty much. he wasn't able to tell me about them but when it became fact it would be reported. as far as share price said mm's were driving it down especially vndm (i think) for some reason. told him i owned a lot of shares and was in it to make money, but if something didn't happen soon we would all be broke. said all i can tell you is we are working on it. so take it with a grain of salt. didn't ask about trial just when could our share price go up. nothing to do but wait and hope something happens soon
