doesn't make a ton of sense that a company (ICPA) which has partnered with a multi billion dollar company (CCO) and produces quality television shows among many other things, has around a $7 million market cap right now when it is easy to find endless penny stocks that don't submit filings on time, rarely ever provide any news or insight as to what they are doing, and have market caps many, many $ millions more than ICPA.  our patience is bound to be rewarded eventually
