From the way I see it, the shorts have been buying and reloading low in the teens so they can spark another rally! Ride it back up!!The momentum traders will jump on board to run it up and ride the wave! Then the buy cycle will run its course when the shorts dump high, kill the uptrend!!  I think the shorts have been covering in the teens!! Time for the up cycle to begin!! Am I close in my thinking?
