great pics!  I like the containment skirting around the tanker while filling the truck. No mention of the rail tankers lined up behind the building awaiting P20 juice. JBII is filling OTR tankers and Railroad tankers at the same time? If thats the case they are making a LOT of P20 needing these vehicles to transport it to distant locations. If they are doing all of that there has to be more then 1 processor processing in NFNY.
