If you are issued more shares because you want to make sure you have at least 51% of the company shares to maintain control 1 of 2 things probably happened.  1.  You sold too many of your own shares or 2.  You sold too many company shares authorized and not outstanding.  If these are tied to salary will that come off the account payable debt?
