Financials/Acquisition update after hours today:

Discovery Minerals had signed a Memorandum of Agreement to merge with Dear  Park Development Corporation, a Nevada Real Estate Company with $9.5 million of audited assets. The Company signed a Securities Exchange Agreement and Plan of Reorganization in July 2013 to exchange 3,000,000 shares of the Company's Series C Prefened Stock for one hundred percent of the outstanding common stock of Deer Park. This exchange agreement should be completed during the second quarter of the Company's fiscal year ended September 30, 2014.

Deer Park's business plan calls for buying, trading and managing properties in the cities of Phoenix, AZ and Las Vegas, NV as its initial focus of activities. There are no geographic boundaries in their business plan.
