scout, I have to think until they have permits there are things they will not starat.  take the gold ine. Yes, permits, etc, come first.  but they don't start mining when the get the permit. after they get the permit is when they start building the buildings and bringing in the equipment to start building the mine. Take time. Then they start bringing the ore and retrieve the gold. Same here. They evidently have a road ready, now that they have the permits they will start bringing in equipment, setting it up, hiring workers, training. trial extraction, etc. This easily will take 1,2,3 or more months. I am hoping 2 before they extract the first tree, but it may take longer. Like building any business. its gonna take time.
