HIMR has me stumped..  Even though they're moving at a snails pace, they do seem to be following through with everything they've promised.  The price manipulation is ridiculous though.  It doesnt matter what PR they put out, this 100 share guy remains..  There are junk tickers trading on air everyday making crazy moves, and HIMR cant even hold .0003's.. Crazy!
