Agreed, we may get news and pics of the first trees in a month or two. The pr all but states that. management is not down there yet. They have stated the all want to be there for the startup. assembling will take 2 or more weeks. Then pulling the first tree or two will take a while. April or May soonest. Starting does not mean they are in the water tomorrow. They just got permits cleared. Buying equipment, hiring/training crews, developing removal process. this all will take time. In fact, I don't see but maybe one or two people from here showing up down there for a month or two while all this is going on. They will wait until the first tree come out.
And Psythe333, Tigerlynk wont be here this year, imo. 1. In spite of what some have said here, it has to be re-engineered. 1.The old one is based on 10+ year technology. A redesign of the mechanical side will be revisited and modified due to how old the original design is. 2. The old one would not lift 100,000 lbs with a 160ft arm as suggested earlier in a post. Only about 5,000 max. These trees weigh that and more. So again, redesign. 3. Electronics. 10+ yr old electronics is way old. These days most electronics have a 2-3 year life span before becoming outdated. Again, redesign. 4. Money. there is no money nor will there be, for a while, to pay for designing/building/testing a tigerlynk. The company is suppose to do a share buyback. From their pr's, it looks like buyback comes first. And I don't think the buyback has started. Where would the money come from.
I think seeing a tigerlynk even being tested by yearend is a big stretch. But, others are making money using divers. Hollund can also. Again, that will take a little while to learn. So I am hoping by June the company can show they are pulling 3-5 trees a day. Then up from there.
But, the company is moving forward. Great news!
I once posted this could be 100 bagger by year end. not any more. .005 maybe. But I'll take that!
