I have had 4 E Mails with him today looking for clarification on the Matter...This is what I was told...the form 4 was shares issued to keep him in compliance of employment and to have a minimum of 51%. The shares are in no way trade able and are used for voting purpose only. I asked him to come here and " clear the air "...he said he has tried that and all he gets are attacks so he is done with message boards. So it is OUR fault he won't come here any more...not his.
