Ok so obviously this topic is open for many different theories, but what do we think about dividends?
Assuming in the coming year TelVue have a net of $1.1M (last quarter annualised, assuming no growth which is a very conservative approach granted), so $1.78 per share or $0.44 per quarter.
Now assume profit increases say 20% quarter on quarter from here and it ends up being $2.34 total for 2014.
At what point do we realistically expect the first dividend to be declared - in 2014? I'm thinking the company would wait until the profit figure is higher and possibly declare 1st dividend in 2015.
