"ADD"? Attention deficit disorder? "60% makes Jan the boss" Even Jan controls no more than 10% of iequity stock. What would be very interesting, but not currently feasible, is to find who the stockholders of private iequity are. Where is the power at iequity in terms of consolidated voting blocs?
