Give it a rest. If the Executive Summary wasn't produced by SAIC you don't think they would have made it known?
Absurd.
It was their report and the conclusIons were based on the assumptions that were provided by JBI.
They did their job given what information they had and the limited scope of the three day test.
I do wonder, though, if SAIC feels they were used.
