Well now that Jan seems to be connected to the underworld here's my hypothesis: Sk3 can't proceed with the merger/name change and forward split due to the investigational background checks by FINRA and the Ca. licensing of companies for MMJ. Henry Jan is a controlling stock holder. No licensing Ca agency or FINRA would ever allow that. PERIOD.In the state of Ca. you cannnot have ANY publically traded casinos. There is not one in Cali. PERIOD. Why? To keep the mob and The Underworld- OUT. The casinos are privately held corps with all principles having an extensive backround investigation done upon them. If you have a felony background you are - out.Henry Jan has to be removed one way or the other. His controlling stake in Sk3 et al has to be transferred out (buyout or transferred to a Pro_Tem legit holding corp) or Sk3 needs to he bought out by a legitimate, major corp. At that point a name change/cusip change/merger/forward split could proceed.
