Duncan, picture this. MMJ becomes legal in Washington, Oregon and Colorado. Then the FDA says only electronic delivery devices will be allowed for MMJ prescriptions. The big Pharmas will be begging for the CannaCig. Need I say more. Flippers are so stupid. They don't see the big picture.
