Most likely you are right, Psythe. The frustration of 'charter shareholders' is all too easy to understand, but the delay could easily be due to such matters as non-disclosure agreements. As several posters have noted, during the last few days of tradingbuying has been preominant. It seems logical to me that HIMR has absolutely no wish to self-destruct, or adopt a kamikaze stance. The most probable next development is that HIMR management should update us during the next couple of weeks. GLTA
