In my humble view:

Watch for TECO to announce alliances/contracts in another South American country, a renegotiated deal and/or simply a pull-out of Belize (if they owe money in Belize, they may have to forfeit some of their equipment, but having the equipment in place in SA would make a move to another country quite easy). The announcement will also include the Company's concentration in developing, producing and locating other good opportunities in the U. S. . But this time, investors will go over every word in the press release with a fine tooth comb.

It is clear that being an international energy company on a shoe string is tricky but how much is TECO's experience with Princess and Belize government now worth? Time will tell.

Lastly, it may be wise to refrain from hopping/pogoing on BO as he seems knowledgeable, albeit seemingly misguided. Again, it only takes one good well for TECO to make it.
