$PCHM Senate Judiciary Committee unanimously approved Senate File 31, which would create a new "24/7 Sobriety" program.

The voluntary program would provide for intensive testing of alcohol and drug offenders, including breath analysis, drug patch testing , urinalysis or continuous skin-based alcohol monitoring.
