That was one of the four companies street.com identified from the FINRA August 2013 alert which described, but did not name, four questionable mmj firms. According to thestreet.com, these were HEMP, MJNA, NTRR, and MDBX.

FINRA has not cited nor implied anything amiss with SKTO.
