It's back to a blank page. In web development the back-and-forth change means that someone was editing the page and messed up the url routing or the php syntax. If you guys remember a few months ago the page showed an error that was clearly put there on purpose, but I don't remember the code. It was just a trivial error.
A blank page means there is an error that is not printing to the screen and this means there is no 404.php error file on the server. The previous 404 error included the detail, "Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request." Which means that when encountering the error it was routed you to somewhere in which the error document doesn't exist, which is typical of a fresh page.
Again, in short, the page is active and someone is editing it, probably from the ground up, and this likely has something to do with JR renewing the domain on January 23rd.
